This training course is the first of its kind designed for law enforcement agencies by a law enforcement officer. The need for Master Wellness Program Training became apparent after research revealed the absence of comprehensive wellness programs among our agencies nationwide.
Those of us who have experienced the challenges of the profession of law enforcement all know too well the impact policing places upon ourselves, our agencies, our families, and our communities. Given these factors, along with the expectations society has of law enforcement, is there any reason we should be lagging so far behind other professions in benefiting from what wellness programs have to offer us?
Concerns within our profession which may have contributed to making implementation of a wellness program seem unlikely, such as budgetary concerns, increased worker compensation claims, not knowing where to start, and how to successfully maintain the program, are reduced or eliminated with Master Wellness Program Training
Master Wellness Program Training has installed within its facilitation and learning activities enough direction to enable course attendees to achieve the course goal of creating and developing a unique wellness program based upon the individual needs of their agencies.
At the conclusion of the 24 hour course, law enforcement personnel will return to their agencies with a finished product, a wellness program. It is at that point those trained personnel will develop their own agency’s wellness future. Regardless of your agency size and needs, Master Wellness Program Training can respond with affordable and cost effective solutions.
